What we collect

We only collect what you give us on our forms:

On the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number and what you need moved.
On the driver application: your name, phone number, email, city, vehicle, license and insurance expiration dates and any notes you add.
Your text message choices: whether you checked each consent box, the wording you saw and when you sent the form.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and safe. We don't use ad trackers.

How we use it

To answer your questions and send you quotes.
To schedule and run your pickups and deliveries.
To review your driver application and contact you about it.
To send you texts, but only the kinds you agreed to.

Text messages and your mobile number

We only text you if you check a consent box on one of our forms. Service texts and marketing texts are separate choices. You can agree to one, both or neither.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent won't be shared with any third parties. We don't sell, rent or trade your mobile number.

We do use service providers to run our business, like our texting platform and our customer records system. They only get what they need to do that work for us, and they can't use it for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, fix or delete the information we have about you. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
